This has happened multiple times. Management offered to remake the order but the drive there and back totals to 40 minutes for a salad. Food also looked terrible. My pasta looked like it had been sitting for awhile. My boyfriend ordered a steak medium rare and it came back beyond well done so we sent back and it took 20 mins plus for a new plate and it was still not done the way he asked.
