- 1 / 5By Monique HydeCake tasted good however, terrible service. My wedding color was mint green and the cake came out neon green. When confronted about this issue the staff at Betty's was very unprofessional. Luckily someone from the family was able to mask the color for the reception but couldn't fix the giant whole in the back of it. The staff argued that there was lack of communication between me, saying they only spoke to my mother when I had actually met with her in person to schedule exactly what I wanted. Very disappointed in their attitudes and not putting the customer first.June 22, 2016
